What your membership includes

Craft Letter Club is a monthly membership. Each month you receive a handwritten letter, craft materials and instructions, posted to you in England, Scotland or Wales.

Membership is £28 per month. Postage is included in that price. There are no additional charges at checkout or afterwards.

Numbers are limited

We open a limited number of places each month. When they're taken, the membership sells out until more become available. Your place is held for as long as your membership is active.

When you're charged

You're charged on the day you join, and on the same date every month after that. Join on the 12th and the 12th is your date from then on.

Each payment is for the following month's issue. Join at any point in September and your first box is the October issue.

That means if you join early in the month, there's a little longer to wait for your first delivery — the issue you've joined for is still being made. After that, one arrives every month.

When your box arrives

Issues are dispatched through the month they're for, by Royal Mail. We'll email you when yours is on its way.

Keeping your details up to date

Keeping your delivery address up to date is your responsibility. If you're moving, update it in your account before your next payment date.

If a box is sent to the address held on your account and that address is out of date or incorrect, we're not able to refund or replace it. If it comes back to us, we'll be in touch to arrange a resend, and we'll ask you to cover the postage.

If a payment fails

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you straight away with a link to update your card, and try again twice over the following few days.

A payment that goes through on a retry still counts for the issue it was due for, not the date it cleared.

If it still hasn't gone through, that issue will be skipped rather than cancelled. Your membership stays active and you'll be included again the following month once your payment details are working. Your place isn't lost.

Skipping a month

You can skip an upcoming payment from your account. Skip before your payment date and you won't be charged, and you won't receive that issue.

Your membership stays active and your place is kept. Your next payment goes out on your usual date the following month.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account.

Cancelling stops any future payments. It doesn't undo a payment you've already made, so the issue you've most recently paid for will still be sent to you. That's your last one, and you won't be charged again.

For example: if you're charged on the 12th of October, that payment is for the November issue. Cancel later in October and you'll still receive November, then nothing after that.

If you'd rather not receive that final issue, let us know and we'll refund you, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

We're not able to ship to Northern Ireland at present, and we don't currently ship internationally.

Changes to the price

If we change the price of membership, we'll give you at least one full month's notice by email before it applies to you, so you have time to decide whether to continue.
