Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

We're not able to ship to Northern Ireland at present. We don't currently ship internationally. If you're based elsewhere and would like us to, do get in touch — we'd love to know where you are.

Postage costs

Postage is included in your £28 membership. There's nothing extra to pay at checkout.

When your box is sent

Issues are dispatched through the month they're for, by Royal Mail. We'll email you when yours is on its way.

Address changes

Please update your address in your account before your next payment date. After that your box may already be packed and labelled, and we won't be able to redirect it.

If your box doesn't arrive

If it hasn't turned up within seven days of dispatch, email us at craftletterclub@gmail.com and we'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full.

If a box comes back to us because the address held on your account was incorrect or out of date, we'll get in touch to arrange a resend. We'll ask you to cover the postage for the second attempt.

If a box comes back to us for a reason outside your control, we'll resend it at our own cost.
